Our services
We provide SEO, AEO, GEO, and related digital-marketing and website-development services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing before any engagement begins.
No guarantee of rankings
Search engines and AI systems control their own results. We commit to professional, ethical, best-practice work and transparent reporting — but no one can honestly guarantee specific rankings, positions or AI mentions. Any claim otherwise should be treated with caution.
Engagements & payment
Our services are month-to-month with no lock-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees, scope and billing are set out in your proposal. You can cancel with reasonable notice as agreed.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any access you grant us (e.g. to your Google Business Profile or website). You confirm you have the right to grant that access.
Intellectual property
Content and code we create for you become yours on full payment, unless otherwise agreed. This website's content and branding remain the property of Searchmetric.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
